Hands-On Approach

Founded by Ric Rawlinson and Joe Hankey, the firm is built on the principle of direct accountability. Ric and Joe, together with many of their existing team have worked together for 20 years (before coming together to form Rawlinson Construction Ltd in 2015).

Unlike larger firms where the directors are distant from the site, Ric and Joe personally oversee every project, ensuring our signature quality is embedded in every brick and beam.

This dedication to excellence is matched by our specialist team of professional tradesmen from bricklayers, and groundworkers to joiners, roofers and electrical and plumbing experts. As many of our craftsmen have been with us for years, they form a trusted collective that understands the "Rawlinson standard" of finish required for premium builds.
