"A house and complex well built.
We first met Ric and Joe from Rawlinson Construction at a site they were currently working on. My first impression was how clean and tidy it was and the atmosphere around the site was calm and friendly. The second and more important impression was the quality of the workmanship, which was one of my main priorities for our new build.
This was our first house build and we wanted it to be spectacular. Ric and Joe were local to the site and after our first proper meeting with them, our search for a contractor was quickly over.
Ric and Joe are very approachable and down to earth. Throughout the project, they were helpful, resourceful and flexible, as with all builds, there is always something that needs modifying. They worked well with the architects and external fitters, such as the kitchens and the fitted furniture. Nothing was ever too much.
I would recommend Rawlinsons for any size of build, their skills and eye for detail are superb. Their team, consisting of ground workers, brick layers, plumbers, electricians, and carpenters compliment Ric and Joe, who are hands-on and always on site to make sure everything goes to plan."
